Director of INNOVARTE participates in a meeting of the Smart IP for Latin America program of the Max Planck Institute to analyze proposals for instruments that improve the international patent system

On November 7 and 8, 2022, Luis Villarroel, Director of INNOVARTE, participated in a forum organized by Smart IP for Latin America, an initiative of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition, Research Institute of the Max Planck Society for the Advancement of Science located in Munich, Germany. The initiative provided a neutral forum for academic and political debate on intellectual property and competition law in Latin America.

The event took place at the Law and Social Sciences Campus of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina.
