Executive Director of Innovarte participates in international negotiations at Session 42 of the WIPO SCCR

The forty-second version of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights of the World Intellectual Property Organization was held in Geneva from May 9 to 13, 2022.

Within this framework, the executive director of Innovarte, Luis Villarroel, in his capacity as international advisor, collaborated in the negotiations that dealt in particular with exceptions and limitations and also with the broadcasting treaty.
