Innovarte Servicios Jurídicos Limitada (hereinafter Innovarte) is committed to the protection of the privacy and security of information related to the personal data of our clients. To this end, we efficiently manage the information, including its security and confidentiality, of the personal data provided to us, in compliance with Chilean legislation on data protection, as well as our corporate objectives of transparency and honesty.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform users of the website https://innovarte.cl regarding the processing of personal data collected therein, thus complying with the provisions of article 19 No. 4 of the Political Constitution. of the Republic, Law No. 19,628 on the protection of private life, and other regulations applicable in Chile.

This privacy policy applies to the information that Innovarte collects through:

  • Its website in the contact form;
  • Contact information collection forms for events, talks, webinars;
  • Its Social Networks for the events that Innovarte carries out through its digital platforms;
  • Browsing the website, through the use of cookies.

Personal data means any information about a natural person that makes them identified or identifiable.

Data processing is understood as any operation carried out on personal data (collection, registration, storage, modification, etc.).

Innovarte will process personal data only for the purposes mentioned in this policy, respecting at all times the principle of purpose established by law. Innovarte will adopt all necessary security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of the data collected. Innovarte will only require personal information through the contact forms hosted on its site. The provision of this information will be voluntary and will be used for the purposes of being able to respond appropriately to your request. Innovarte may also use the information provided for commercial, informational and advertising purposes. Innovarte will not transfer or assign or otherwise provide personal data, except in those cases in which current legislation so indicates and/or the owner has given his or her consent by electronic means provided for this purpose.

The Data Controller is the natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of data processing. In our case, the Responsible Party is Innovarte Servicios Jurídicos, with Unique Tax Number: 76315134-4 and address at 2957 San Sebastián Street, Las Condes commune, Metropolitan Region of Santiago, Chile.

Innovarte has adopted the legally required levels of security for the protection of personal data, and has installed all the means and technical measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided.

Innovarte reserves the right to modify and update this Data Protection Policy, adapting it to legislative requirements.
